Is it right for my event?
First decide whether Plus1Mee solves the problem you have today.
Is Plus1Mee a ticket shop?
No. Plus1Mee does not sell tickets or process payments. It is designed for guest lists, invitations, team access and check-in.
Can I use Plus1Mee alongside ticket sales?
Yes. Use ticketing for visitors and Plus1Mee for VIPs, crew, press, business guests or promoter guests. Plus1Mee does not validate paid tickets.
Which events is Plus1Mee suitable for?
Plus1Mee suits club nights, drinks events, openings, pop-ups, private parties and other events with a guest list. Start small and add more lists, roles and invitation links when needed.
Do guests need an account?
No. A guest only completes the registration page linked to your invitation. Accounts are for you and the team members who manage the event.
Guests and invitations
How names arrive and how you keep one current list.
How do I add guests?
Add a name manually, import an existing file or share an invitation link. Every registration reaches the same event while retaining its source and status.
Does Plus1Mee message my guests?
No. Plus1Mee never emails or messages guests on your behalf. It can prepare a WhatsApp or SMS message, but you review and send it yourself.
Can every promoter have a separate link?
Yes. Each link shows clicks, registrations and registration conversion. A promoter also sees only their own guests and links; Plus1Mee does not currently show a separate aggregate check-in total for each promoter link.
Can I configure plus-ones, approval and a waiting list?
Yes. For each invitation link, choose whether one plus-one is allowed and whether a registration is approved immediately or held for review. A link can have its own registration limit. The waiting list is used when event capacity is full and you have enabled it.
Does Plus1Mee automatically publish my link on social media?
No. You can copy the URL, download a QR code or open a share action on your own device. You then review and send or publish the message yourself.
Team and access
Everyone sees only what they need for their own work.
Does my crew need to share one login?
No. Every team member gets their own username and password. Changes and check-ins therefore remain linked to the correct person.
Which roles are available?
The workspace owner controls credits, events and team access. Assignable event roles are Manager, Promoter, Door staff and Read only. A manager handles the assigned event, guests, links and check-in; a promoter only their own guests and links; door staff search and check in; Read only can view event information and insights.
Do team members pay for their own account?
No. Team accounts sit under the organiser’s workspace. Team members cannot spend credits or create independent events.
Can access end automatically?
Yes. Give event access an expiry time or revoke it manually. The team member loses only that event assignment, not necessarily their entire account.
Check-in and insights
What you see at the door and what you learn afterwards.
How does door staff find a guest?
Door staff search the assigned event by name or email address. They then see the guest’s status and permitted number of people for check-in.
What happens if the internet connection drops?
The open check-in page can temporarily store check-in actions on that device and synchronise them when connectivity returns. This is not a full offline mode, so open the event and check every device before doors open.
Which insights do I get?
See current check-ins, the gap from expected people, peak times, capacity, broad guest sources, guest lists and clicks, registrations and conversion for each invitation link. You can also compare events and venues side by side.
Is the attendance forecast a guarantee?
No. It is a calculated estimate based on current accepted guests and plus-ones, supported by relevant previous events using venue, series, weekday and start time. The page therefore shows a range and number of comparisons.
Privacy and pricing
Clear agreements about personal data and costs.
What happens when I complete an event?
You always complete an event yourself. Active workflows then close and the 30-day period starts. Personal data is removed afterwards; the anonymous final result remains available for Insights and Compare.
Can a guest ask for their data to be deleted?
Yes. A guest can submit a request through the public deletion page. If the details match safely, it can be processed automatically; otherwise we review it first.
What does Plus1Mee cost today?
Free for up to 15 guests. Then: up to 50 = 1 credit, up to 125 = 2, up to 250 = 3, below 500 = 4 and 500 or more = 5 credits. One credit costs €4.99.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Plus1Mee has no subscription and charges no commission or ticket fees. Unused credits remain in your account until you allocate them to an event.
What if I expect more guests later?
You can increase the hard capacity. You only pay the difference in required credits. Increasing an event from 50 to 250 guests, for example, costs 2 additional credits.
Is a capacity of 750 rounded up to 1,000 guests?
No. The event keeps an exact hard limit of 750 people and uses 5 credits. Plus-ones count towards the 750.
Do I get credits back when I delete an event?
No. Creating the event consumes its allocated credits, so deleting it does not automatically return credits.
